Returns

We understand that mistakes happen. To help prevent them, feel free to call us prior to processing your order to ensure that you’re getting the correct items. That said, you as the buyer accept full responsibility for all items ordered, and costs associated with their return. All returns must be shipped back to us freight pre-paid, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not looking to profit from your mistake, simply to recoup any costs that we incur as a result of your return. We are unable to accept returns for closeout or discontinued items.

Items must be returned within 30 days and in original packaging.

If you think that you have received an incorrect item or a damaged item, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
